Hi Ladies! (assuming i'm not the only lady in the forum)...

I'd like to ask, what do you usually do about feminine hygiene during your river rafting trips??

as for feminine hygiene, you should always come prepared for it anyway.. you can either place your toiletries or belongings in zip-lock bags. ANd besides, if you place them there, they'd be easier to dispose during your kayaking tours..

as mentioned by tidalwave, it's a good idea to bring zip lock bags with you. u also need to bring quick small towels and disposable ones. and well! all in all, u simply have to bring as many feminine hygiene products as you can.. remember to plan ahead! what matters is you are prepared for all types of weather!

I always bring facial cleansing stuff with me when we go rafting. But i make sure they don't take up a lot of space & that they are easy to use. And don't forget.. Bring your body and facial moisturizer!

I have not tried rafting, but I guess one of the most important thing to do is to apply sunblock lotion. The vivious ray of the sun can really harm your skin. I don't want to end my rafting experience with burned skin. Its awful and traumatic.
