Residents of the Mid-Atlantic region can now enjoy a more exciting whitewater rafting trip along Lehigh River with the spectacular Pocono Mountains as their backdrop.

Conservancy floats with Whitewater Rafting |

Conservancy floats again after the successful annual float trip on the Roaring Fork River. The Basalt-based non profit team is launching a new program that aims to educate people while taking a trip on the water.
For this project the non-profit team will be pairing up with the Whitewater Rafting. The float trips are scheduled for three consecutive Thursdays, starting today June 28.

Missing Rafter Found in Bow River |

The body of one of the two missing rafters was found in the Bow River last Sunday. The two had been missing since June 10.
The body was identified as the 28 year old Yan Beherer. Beherer and his friends were thrown into the water after their raft was caught in a weir. The other rafters were able to swim to safety except the two men.
