Women's Whitewater Rafting Trip on Wenatchee River

FRIDAY, 27 JULY 2007

The women's whitewater rafting trip on the Wenatchee River is set for Saturday, July 28 at 10 in the morning. The said trip will give women the opportunity to experience the thrilling adventure of whitewater rafting by learning on Class II and III rapids.

The trip is presented by Metro Parks Tacoma and is open to all women ages 18 and up and will be led by professional guides from River Rides in Leavenworth.

The trip is being offered to Tacoma residents for only $90, while nonresidents may avail of the same offer for $95. The fee would include wet suits, guides’ fee, free lunch and transportation fee.
