	Rafting Accident Victim Thanks Rescuers
	Rafting accident victim Sari Starr thanked her rescuers from the Boise River at the city's council meeting, Tuesday. It was an emotional encounter as Starr expressed her gratitude to the policemen, EMS personnel and firefighters who contributed in saving her life. 	Teen Arrested for Rafting Company Vandalism
	A 16 year old teen from North Syracuse was arrested for his alleged involvement in vandalism of Watertown Rafting Company, according to the report made by the Watertown Police. The teenager was identified as Justin Pecore, and was charged with second and third criminal mischief. Pecore is still in custody pending arraignment. 	Yolo County's Youth Rafting on Cache Creek
	The Woodland-based environmental group Tuleyome brought about 160 underserved teens of Yolo County for their annual rafting trip on the Cache Creek. The program was co-sponsored by Collings West Sacramento Teen Center, Esparto After School RISE program, Woodland YMCA as well as Woodland Youth Services.
