Raft Maine Announces Increase in No. of Visitors

Jim Murton of Raft Maine Association proudly announced that the State was able to draw in more rafters to the area this year.
According to the association’s statement, there was about 16 percent increase in the number of visitors who came to specifically enjoy the whitewater rafting activities offered in the said area.
Murton also added that the said increase shows the beginning of an upward trend. Moreover, Murton added that this year’s positive growth is truly promising.
Meanwhile, Raft Maine’s Managing Director Wende Gray claimed that any upward trend in the rafting industry is considered positive after going through five years of decline.
