A young student takes on a fundraising mission, which entails paddling her way through Africa.
The student is identified as 23-year old Laura Olding who hails from Caerphilly. Olding will be participating in a six-day rafting challenge down the Zambezi River in Africa.
The Cardiff University Welsh student hopes to raise about £3,000 that would benefit Scope. Olding became determined in her cause after being inspired by her friend who suffered from cerebral palsy.
Joining Olding in her cause is fellow student Bianca Roshel. For those who are interested to help out the two students, send e-mails to Missolding@hotmail.co.uk.
